LUODATE TRL-500 Tire Recycling Line Successfully Installed in Southeast Asia

LUODATE MACHINERY is proud to announce the successful installation and commissioning of our TRL-500 Tire Recycling Production Line at a leading recycling facility in Rayong, Thailand. The project was completed on schedule and has been operating at full capacity since June 2026.

The TRL-500 line processes approximately 5,000 tons of waste tires per year, transforming them into high-quality rubber granules ranging from 1-4mm in size. The facility's steel wire recovery rate has exceeded the guaranteed 99.5%, while fiber removal rates consistently reach 99.8%.

The client, one of Thailand's largest waste management companies, selected LUODATE for our proven track record in tire recycling technology and our ability to provide a complete turnkey solution — from initial consultation through installation, commissioning, and operator training.

The rubber granules produced by the line are supplied to local manufacturers of sports surfaces, rubber mats, and molded rubber products, contributing to Thailand's growing circular economy initiatives.
